Norseal Advantage Intumescent Strip is a moisture resistant Intumescent seal that comes complete with self adhesive tape. Intumescent fire seals for fire doors contain intumescent fireseal material contained within a PVC sleeve which is fitted into a rebate to either the leaves or the frame in the doorset and will, in the event of a fire expand or swell (intumesce) to many times its original volume and effectively seal the gap around the door to provide a safe and effective barrier against the passage of fire, smoke and hot gases. This product is tested to BS476 Part 22:22.
